We can not applaud the effort and success we achieved with Andrew more greatly. He understood our needs, correctly assessed our home, and determined the best way to approach selling it within the parameters of our timeframe and goal. 11 days later, maybe 10, we had an offer for exactly what we wanted. Andrew developed a plan on how to understand the value of this unique property better with the assistance of his colleagues, by bringing them into the picture. That helped us understand better how we could meet our goal. Brilliant idea. I cannot say enough about the remarkable achievement Andrew was able to reach with us. He cautioned us that finding a buyer could take longer, but his marketing approach and help with our understanding of evaluations, made selling it at our target price achievable much more quickly than might otherwise have occurred. Mark Loghes went above and beyond locating the ideal second home for us in the Dayton/Kettering area, He was responsive to our every need, understanding that our primary residence is in North Carolina and we were relying on his eyes and expertise to assist us in our purchase. Mark has extensive knowledge of the area and was able to coordinate for quality technicians to professionally repair a few items in the home we purchased.
